Job Summary
Director of Strategic Growth leads full-time account expansion efforts across a portfolio of key clients, focusing on developing strategic relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic growth efforts across existing accounts and develop quarterly account plans
- Identify new opportunities and support account retention and expansion through strategic planning
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and navigate complex organizational environments
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in strategic growth, account leadership, or business development roles
- Experience managing enterprise-level accounts, preferably in technology-focused organizations
- Proven success in growing client relationships and contributing to multimillion-dollar business growth
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinker comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
