Job Summary

Director of Strategic Growth leads full-time account expansion efforts across a portfolio of key clients, focusing on developing strategic relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic growth efforts across existing accounts and develop quarterly account plans
  • Identify new opportunities and support account retention and expansion through strategic planning
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and navigate complex organizational environments
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience in strategic growth, account leadership, or business development roles
  • Experience managing enterprise-level accounts, preferably in technology-focused organizations
  • Proven success in growing client relationships and contributing to multimillion-dollar business growth
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
