Director of Strategic Growth

Job Summary

Leading strategic growth initiatives, the full-time Director of Strategic Growth in Defense Services will focus on capturing and expanding market opportunities for knowledge-based services within the Department of War, particularly emphasizing Army ground systems and safety engineering, while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies for priority US Army accounts, identifying and shaping new opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with DoW decision-makers and industry partners to enhance proposal outcomes and customer value
• Translate market data into actionable capture plans and support expansion into adjacent DoW markets

Required Qualifications:

• 12-15+ years of relevant experience in federal business development or leadership within the DoD/DoW, with a focus on the US Army Acquisition community
• 3+ years of experience developing impactful business development strategies that resulted in significant growth
• Extensive experience in portfolio development and driving growth through innovative solutions tailored to complex mission requirements
• Must be able to obtain a Secret level security clearance
• Authorization to work in the United States is a precondition of employment
