Director of Strategic Growth

Job Summary

Leading strategic growth initiatives, the full-time Director of Strategic Growth in Defense Services will focus on capturing and expanding market opportunities within the Department of War, specifically targeting Army ground systems and safety engineering, while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies for priority US Army accounts and identify new opportunities across mission areas
• Build and maintain relationships with DoW decision-makers and represent the company in various industry engagements
• Analyze requirements and market data to inform capture plans and drive business development strategies

Required Qualifications:

• 12-15+ years of relevant experience in federal business development or leadership within the DoD/DoW, with a focus on the US Army Acquisition community
• Proven track record in developing business strategies that resulted in significant growth in government engineering services
• Experience collaborating with executives on resource prioritization and budget management for business development pursuits
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for a work-authorized visa
• Ability to obtain a Secret level security clearance
