Job Summary
Leading strategic growth initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Growth will manage market expansion and capture knowledge-based services within the Department of War, focusing on high-end consulting and engineering advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies for the Department of War, identifying and shaping new opportunities aligned with company capabilities
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders, representing the company in customer meetings and industry events
- Analyze market data and competitive intelligence to drive informed decision-making and develop actionable capture plans
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain Secret level security clearance
- 12-15+ years of relevant experience in federal business development or leadership within the DoD/DoW, with a focus on the US Army Acquisition community
- 3+ years of experience developing business development strategies that resulted in significant growth in government engineering services
- Extensive experience in portfolio development and driving growth through innovative solutions tailored to complex mission requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States is a precondition of employment
