Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Industries, Motions, and Methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global GTM enablement strategy aligned with business priorities and customer success goals
• Lead and inspire teams to deliver high-impact initiatives that enhance seller confidence and drive customer value
• Design scalable learning experiences and partner cross-functionally to optimize enablement platforms and tools

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales enablement, GTM strategy, or learning leadership roles within SaaS or enterprise technology
• 5+ years leading global enablement organizations with success in scaling teams and programs
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Education, Communications, Organizational Development, or related fields
• Proven ability to lead multiple high-performing teams and foster a culture of continuous learning
• Deep program and portfolio management experience overseeing complex initiatives across teams and geographies
