Director of Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Initiatives to lead complex and business-critical opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives from problem definition through implementation
• Analyze strategic challenges such as unlocking new markets and commercializing new product lines
• Define success metrics and track KPIs and OKRs related to initiatives

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) required
• 7+ years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives independently
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on generating actionable insights
• Experience in a startup environment is preferred
