Key Responsibilities

• Support external business development and customer initiatives as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of ten years of experience in sales, support, and/or operations
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com preferred
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills to navigate complex organizational structures
• Thorough knowledge of business principles and the end-to-end commercial process
