Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Initiatives, Growth (Principal Program Manager).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief of Staff to align the SVP's strategic agenda with market opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create compelling narratives from internal growth strategies
• Lead cross-functional product initiatives and define success metrics for strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in business operations, corporate strategy, or management consulting in the enterprise SaaS sector
• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale initiatives with measurable growth or impact
• 2+ years in customer-facing or market-facing roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Exceptional executive presence and ability to navigate competing internal interests
