Key Responsibilities

• Directs the strategic planning process and establishes key processes
• Provides leadership and innovative vision to improve network performance across markets
• Monitors and manages key deliverables of the strategic plan and implements provider network strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience in developing and implementing new business strategies
• 5+ years of experience in a managed care environment
• Strong financial and analytical background
• Other graduate degree preferred
