Director of Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of GTM Strategic Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project teams supporting data, analytics, automation, vendor management, and partner needs
• Accountable for client support and development of leadership-facing information and dashboards
• Drive process improvements and manage relationships with partners to enhance product offerings

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in relevant fields
• 5+ years in healthcare technology strategy or consulting with proven partnership strategies
• 5+ years of project management/process improvement experience
• 5+ years experience in a matrix organization collaborating across departments
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
