Job Summary

To advance organizational objectives, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Initiatives will identify, develop, and execute high-impact research and thought leadership projects while managing cross-functional initiatives and creating compelling content for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize research topics, leading proprietary research projects and translating complex information into clear narratives
• Develop thought leadership assets, ensuring consistency in messaging and collaborating with marketing for effective distribution
• Manage multiple strategic projects from concept to launch, coordinating resources and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in content marketing, thought leadership, or a related field
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and strategic content
• Ability to synthesize research and data into actionable business insights
