Job Summary
To drive organizational growth and operational excellence, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Initiatives will manage the execution of critical projects, establish project structures, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) while collaborating across teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project management and analytical assessment of strategic initiatives aimed at revenue growth and cost reduction
- Establish robust project structures and maintain detailed tracking to ensure timely delivery of outcomes
- Act as a primary liaison among cross-functional stakeholders to promote clear communication and alignment on initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8-10 years of experience in operations or strategy roles
- Proven track record in the implementation and optimization of internal tools
- Experience in developing training and development programs
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to track complex project plans
