Director of Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary

Driving high-priority transformation programs, the full-time Director of Strategic Initiatives will own and execute initiatives across the post-sale organization, focusing on commercial model design, operating model transformation, and delivery model optimization while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead one or more of CEG's top transformation workstreams from problem framing through execution, managing initiative governance and stakeholder alignment
• Translate executive direction into structured strategic options and develop analytical models to support major decisions
• Serve as a connector between CEG leadership and cross-functional teams, managing complex stakeholder dynamics and ensuring program integrity

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business transformation, or corporate development roles
• Strong financial and operational modeling skills, with the ability to present recommendations effectively
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution
• Experience managing through influence in matrixed organizations
• Comfort with AI tools as part of workflow, integrating them into operations
