Job Summary

Driving high-visibility engagement programs, the full-time Director of Strategic Initiatives will manage the ServiceNow.org Strategic Advisory Board, oversee major events, and coordinate cross-functional teams in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ServiceNow.org Strategic Advisory Board, managing member recruitment, engagement, and meeting logistics
• Direct complex cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across business units and timely delivery of project milestones
• Oversee the execution of ServiceNow.org events, managing project timelines, speaker preparation, and post-event engagement tracking

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in strategic programs, corporate affairs, events, or executive communications
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional programs on a global scale
• Experience engaging with C-suite executives and external senior stakeholders
• Strong command of project management methodologies and proficiency with project tracking tools
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence across functions and geographies
