Job Summary

Driving high-visibility engagement programs, the full-time Director of Strategic Initiatives will manage the ServiceNow.org Strategic Advisory Board, oversee major events, and lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive program lead for the ServiceNow.org Strategic Advisory Board, managing member recruitment and engagement
• Lead high-complexity strategic initiatives across multiple business units, ensuring disciplined delivery and executive stakeholder management
• Oversee the planning and execution of ServiceNow.org's event portfolio, ensuring brand consistency and measurable outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in strategic programs, corporate affairs, events, or executive communications
• Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional programs at a global scale
• Experience engaging with C-suite executives and external senior stakeholders
• Strong command of project management methodologies and proficiency with project tracking tools
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and geographies
