Director of Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary

Driving high-impact initiatives for operational excellence, the full-time Director of Strategic Initiatives will manage strategic program execution, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and support leadership alignment, all while working in a flexible or remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and scope strategic programs in collaboration with AMS CEG leadership and global teams
• Facilitate communication and execution of cross-functional initiatives across AMS CEG and other teams
• Oversee AMS communications and leadership alignment meetings to ensure structured and goal-oriented discussions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic program management or operations within technology or SaaS organizations
• 5+ years of management consulting or experience managing cross-functional initiatives
• Proven success in strategic program identification and execution across business functions
• Strong understanding of business strategy, operations, and budget management
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with C-suite and senior stakeholders
