Director of Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary

Operating as a key contributor, the remote Director of Strategic Initiatives will engage in high-priority projects such as AI transformation and cost efficiency, structuring ambiguous problems into actionable strategies while driving accountability across functions without direct management authority.

Key responsibilities

• Get deployed against the TMO's highest-priority initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities
• Independently run workstreams and diagnostic efforts, structuring problems into clear statements and workplans
• Communicate executive-level recommendations effectively to senior stakeholders and drive accountability across teams

Required qualifications

• MBB (or equivalent top-tier) consulting background is non-negotiable
• Current-level Project Leader or Principal tenure, or former MBB consultant with operational experience
• Generalist experience across strategy, operations, AI, and analytics, without deep specialization in one domain
• Proven track record of driving outcomes beyond just managing programs
• Ability to influence and drive accountability across senior stakeholders without direct management authority
