Director of Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary

Driving high-priority transformation programs across the post-sale organization, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Initiatives will own and execute key initiatives, shape strategy, and ensure cross-functional alignment while managing complex stakeholder dynamics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead one or more top transformation workstreams from problem framing through execution, including commercial and operating model design
• Translate ambiguous executive direction into structured strategic options and develop analytical models to support major decisions
• Operate as a liaison between CEG leadership and other teams, managing stakeholder dynamics and ensuring program integrity

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy, management consulting, business transformation, or corporate development roles with experience in cross-functional programs
• Strong financial and operational modeling skills, with the ability to build and stress-test headcount models
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution
• Executive communication skills, capable of drafting concise materials and presenting to senior leadership
• Experience managing through influence in matrixed organizations
