Director of Strategic Initiatives
Job Summary
To support enterprise transformation efforts, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Initiatives will manage the transformation PMO, drive delivery governance, and lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives while ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with the Chief Transformation Officer to translate strategic priorities into a structured portfolio of initiatives
- Own the transformation PMO, including delivery standards, governance model, and overall output
- Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution while managing risks and dependencies
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Proven experience leading large, complex cross-functional programs
- Experience with PMO or enterprise governance models preferred
- Strong understanding of delivery governance, RAID management, and portfolio reporting
