Job Summary

Leading the strategy-to-execution process for a key accelerator pillar, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Initiatives will translate enterprise growth objectives into actionable plans, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure measurable outcomes in the Legal AI sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated roadmap for assigned strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to address customer and business challenges, driving decision-making processes
• Establish success measures and performance tracking to evaluate progress and recommend necessary adjustments

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business transformation, strategic program leadership, or similar roles in complex enterprise environments
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that achieve measurable impact
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics and evaluate performance
• Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Experience with agile methodologies or similar approaches to enhance operational efficiency
