Director of Strategic Initiatives
Job Summary
To drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Initiatives will manage key projects, optimize organizational processes, and foster cross-departmental relationships within the HCM & Workforce Management Engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Promote operational excellence by identifying and executing opportunities to optimize organizational systems and processes
- Drive successful outcomes for key strategic business initiatives and provide visibility into their status and progress
- Lead business planning and provide detailed analysis to support decision-making and budget management
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of product development experience with a proven track record in strategic priorities
- At least 5 years of experience in change management initiatives
- Extensive experience in project and program management, leading multiple strategic programs
- Proficiency in building and presenting executive-level presentations
- Experience managing a fiscal budget across multiple teams
