Job Summary
Partnering with the Phare Flow leadership team, the full-time Director of Strategic Initiatives will orchestrate strategic initiatives across various functions to support the growth and market positioning of an AI-driven healthcare revenue cycle management platform, working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prioritize strategic initiatives and manage quarterly objectives while maintaining a consolidated roadmap
- Lead cross-functional coordination, addressing obstacles and aligning stakeholders around shared outcomes
- Develop content for leadership forums, facilitating discussions and creating presentations that convey complex concepts effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in management consulting, healthcare, or technology
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear insights
- Advanced PowerPoint and presentation design expertise
- Strong executive presence and influencing skills to partner effectively with senior leaders
- Analytical and project management capabilities, including prioritizing initiatives and facilitating collaboration
