Director of Strategic Insights

Job Summary

Director of Strategic Insights is a full-time position responsible for synthesizing firmwide flow trends, product performance, and market dynamics into executive-ready insights while leading a high-impact analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales flows, AUM shifts, and product mix trends to identify performance drivers
• Model fee revenue impacts and assess pricing and market-driven revenue sensitivities
• Develop presentations and insights for senior management and executive committees

Required Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in asset management or management consulting
• Strong understanding of public-company reporting and earnings processes
• Familiarity with asset management fee structures
• Experience in synthesizing complex financial data into executive narratives
• Experience presenting to senior leadership or supporting C-suite decision-making
