Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority operational initiatives from conception to completion
• Manage complex, cross-functional projects, including new market launches and strategic value-based care programs
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align on goals, measure outcomes, and iterate on programs

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in operations, business strategy, consulting, or healthcare delivery
• 2+ years of experience in a high-growth healthcare company, preferably serving Medicaid or Medicare patients
• Proven ability to lead large, ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong project management skills with the ability to set priorities and drive execution
• Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs
