Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 10+ years of professional experience in strategic operations or business analysis
• Proven track record in producing clear, actionable documentation of business and operational requirements
• Strong understanding of data analytics and metrics definition
• Experience with various project and work management frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall
