Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or general management roles
• Proven experience leading enterprise planning cycles and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong understanding of performance management systems (OKRs, KPIs, dashboards)
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
