Job Summary
Partnering directly with the CEO, the full-time salaried Director of Strategic Operations will operationalize strategic priorities, drive execution, and create alignment across the organization while extending the CEO's impact.
Key responsibilities
- Shape and translate strategic priorities into actionable plans in collaboration with the CEO and senior leadership
- Act as a thought partner to the CEO by structuring complex problems and developing recommendations on high-impact decisions
- Drive the operating rhythm behind company priorities, ensuring accountability and progress on critical initiatives
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience, including significant time in a strategy consulting firm addressing complex challenges
- Experience working directly with CEOs or C-suite executives on enterprise strategy and high-stakes decisions
- Proven track record of translating strategy into execution with measurable outcomes
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience using KPIs to inform decisions
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and create alignment across cross-functional teams
