Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Development or Strategic Partnership experience in relevant sectors
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven history of sourcing and closing high-value partnership deals
• Deep understanding of partnership dynamics and revenue-share economics
• Cross-functional team leadership experience
