Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and oversee business strategies for new channel partnership growth
• Identify and secure new partners through prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales deals
• Manage partner relationships through regular communication and organized business reviews

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in new business development or strategic relationships
• Experience in early-stage startups or insurtech companies is highly preferred
• Familiarity with financial models and standard deal structures
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Experience selling into companies like ADP or Paychex is a bonus
