Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key partners, including brokers and consultants
• Support partner recruitment, enablement activities, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs and provide market insights

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in health insurance, benefits, or a related industry
• 3+ years in channel partnerships, broker-facing, or sales enablement roles
• Experience in building relationships with brokers and consultants
• Strong understanding of small/mid-market benefits dynamics
• Familiarity with ICHRA and level-funded products is a plus
