• Manage the planning, designing, and implementation of strategic business development objectives
• Research, evaluate, and manage new strategic business opportunities and partnerships
• Oversee financial feasibility studies and assist with key projects in the Business Development Department

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll sales
• Operations and Analytics experience
• Proficient in Google Suite
• Solid understanding of business development processes
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the business
