Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Director to lead growth and evolution of gym and wellness relationships in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the lifecycle of high-value gym partners and develop aggressive business strategies
  • Lead negotiations with C-suite executives and structure complex deal terms
  • Identify and launch innovative initiatives to drive usage and revenue
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales
  • 4+ years of experience presenting to and negotiating with C-Suite leadership
  • Deep network within the North American fitness and wellness landscape
  • Proven track record of exceeding high-seven-figure revenue targets
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent leadership experience preferred
