Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Director to lead growth and evolution of gym and wellness relationships in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the lifecycle of high-value gym partners and develop aggressive business strategies
- Lead negotiations with C-suite executives and structure complex deal terms
- Identify and launch innovative initiatives to drive usage and revenue
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales
- 4+ years of experience presenting to and negotiating with C-Suite leadership
- Deep network within the North American fitness and wellness landscape
- Proven track record of exceeding high-seven-figure revenue targets
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent leadership experience preferred
