Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Director to lead the growth of gym and wellness relationships in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the lifecycle of high-value gym partnerships, developing and executing business strategies to increase revenue
  • Lead complex negotiations with C-suite executives, structuring deal terms that align with long-term goals
  • Drive a robust pipeline of new fitness providers from outreach to implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales, preferably in fitness, health-tech, or SaaS industries
  • At least 4 years of experience presenting to and negotiating with C-suite leadership
  • A deep existing network within the North American fitness and wellness landscape
  • Proven track record of exceeding high-seven-figure revenue targets
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent leadership experience preferred
