Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships (Provider Relations).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strategic growth plan with partners, including objectives and KPIs
• Cultivate and maintain partnership relationships as the primary contact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth and enhance offerings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; master's degree or MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in leading healthcare partnerships or accounts
• Proven experience in partnership management and business development
• Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills
• Deep understanding of medical specialty medications and reimbursement processes
