Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the enterprise employer growth strategy, leading complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales and refine positioning to accelerate growth
  • Partner across teams to navigate health plan and employer dynamics and remove blockers
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare or health tech sales with a track record of closing enterprise deals
  • Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and managing large, multi-threaded deals
  • Experience influencing executive stakeholders and building business cases
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience in fast-changing environments
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
