Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead enterprise employer growth strategies and drive full-cycle sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the enterprise employer growth strategy, leading complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Drive full-cycle enterprise sales and refine positioning to accelerate growth
- Partner across teams to navigate health plan and employer dynamics and remove blockers
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare or health tech sales with a track record of closing enterprise deals
- Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and managing large, multi-threaded deals
- Experience influencing executive stakeholders and building business cases
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience in fast-changing environments
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
