Key Responsibilities
- Own partnership go-to-market strategy across healthcare and corporate verticals, building pipelines and closing deals
- Manage direct enterprise sales and lead entry into new institutional markets
- Develop playbooks for partnership growth and lead a team for scalable execution
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales leadership
- Experience building partnership channels from scratch
- Cross-vertical exposure in healthcare, corporate benefits, or institutional sectors preferred
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with major platforms or Fortune 500 companies
- Strong understanding of sales processes, metrics, and reporting structures
