Key Responsibilities
  • Own partnership go-to-market strategy across healthcare and corporate verticals, building pipelines and closing deals
  • Manage direct enterprise sales and lead entry into new institutional markets
  • Develop playbooks for partnership growth and lead a team for scalable execution


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales leadership
  • Experience building partnership channels from scratch
  • Cross-vertical exposure in healthcare, corporate benefits, or institutional sectors preferred
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with major platforms or Fortune 500 companies
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, metrics, and reporting structures
