Job Summary

Director of Strategic Partnerships, this full-time remote position is responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies to expand national distribution and drive premium growth within the employee benefits sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic partnership roadmap to enhance national distribution
• Identify and structure high-impact partnerships across the employee benefits ecosystem
• Lead strategic initiatives to position the organization within the digital benefits landscape

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• 8-12 years of experience in employee benefits, group insurance, or strategic partnerships
• Proven experience in developing and executing strategic partnerships in the insurance industry
• Strong understanding of broker distribution models and benefits technology platforms
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and technology teams
