Job Summary
To support strategic growth initiatives, the full-time Director of Strategic Partnerships will manage relationships with key supplier and provider partners, oversee operations and contracting for the Medical Specialty Drug Carve-Out, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote working environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strategic growth plan with key objectives and performance indicators
- Cultivate and maintain partnership relationships as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans that leverage partnerships for revenue growth and market expansion
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; master's degree or MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in leading healthcare partnerships or accounts
- Proven track record in partnership management and business development
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills
- Deep understanding of medical specialty medications and reimbursement processes
