Director of Strategic Partnerships

Job Summary

To drive the long-term success of key client relationships, the remote Director of Strategic Partnerships will manage strategic vision and growth for multiple partnerships, lead cross-functional teams, and advocate for client needs while ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for at least five key partnerships, establishing Teachstone as a trusted partner
• Lead internal planning processes to align departments around shared goals and facilitate continuous improvement cycles
• Capture client feedback and insights to support product refinement and advocate for client needs within the organization

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic partnerships, customer success, or a similar role
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Track record of managing high-value partnerships with complex scopes
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in executive-level messaging and conflict navigation
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data and feedback into actionable strategies
