Job Summary

Seeking an entrepreneurial and execution-focused Director of Strategic Partnerships, the full-time remote position will lead market expansion and network integration strategies, focusing on building long-term partnerships with hospital systems and ambulatory surgery centers to enhance patient outcomes and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the identification, negotiation, and execution of hospital partnerships, securing 3-5 high-value agreements in the first year
  • Spearhead the development of ASC partnerships, targeting the execution of 2 new partnerships in 2026
  • Create a scalable national framework for clinical call pools and develop a comprehensive national playbook for partnerships
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare business development, provider network development, or hospital/health system administration
  • Demonstrated experience in a private-equity-backed or high-growth healthcare services environment
  • Proven ability to structure complex, multi-year contracts with hospital systems and ASCs
  • Strong financial acumen with an understanding of margin improvement in clinical service lines
  • Natural collaborator with the ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization
