Job Summary

To build and scale a partner-led revenue engine, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Partnerships will design and implement Neuroscale's partner strategy, focusing on ATS/HRIS technology and public sector channel partnerships while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute the overall partner strategy, including partner tiers and operating cadence
  • Identify and recruit high-impact partnerships within the ATS/HRIS ecosystem and public sector channels
  • Own partner-sourced pipeline targets and build tracking and attribution systems with RevOps
Required qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development in B2B SaaS, preferably HR tech
  • Proven experience building and scaling partner go-to-market motions with measurable revenue impact
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility with partner and customer leadership
  • Operationally rigorous with experience designing processes and defining KPIs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment
