Job Summary
To build and scale a partner-led revenue engine, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Partnerships will design and implement Neuroscale's partner strategy, focusing on ATS/HRIS technology and public sector channel partnerships while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall partner strategy, including partner tiers and operating cadence
- Identify and recruit high-impact partnerships within the ATS/HRIS ecosystem and public sector channels
- Own partner-sourced pipeline targets and build tracking and attribution systems with RevOps
Required qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development in B2B SaaS, preferably HR tech
- Proven experience building and scaling partner go-to-market motions with measurable revenue impact
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility with partner and customer leadership
- Operationally rigorous with experience designing processes and defining KPIs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment
