Job Summary

Driving the development of strategic healthcare partnerships, the full-time salaried Director of Strategic Partnerships will build integrated care pathways within health systems and specialty organizations, focusing on referral growth and patient volume in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with health systems and provider organizations to drive referrals and long-term integrations
• Create care management programs to foster repeatable referrals and add value for enterprise partnerships
• Own strategic accounts from identification through launch and growth, including stakeholder engagement and ongoing performance management

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare business development or strategic partnerships, with a proven track record in negotiating and growing complex partnerships
• Strong business acumen and ability to assess partnership opportunities within broader business strategies
• Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare landscape, including reimbursement models and regulatory dynamics
• Ability to engage with physician leaders on clinical outcomes, particularly related to sleep disorders
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or clinical advanced degree preferred
