Job Summary
Driving strategic partnerships for a rapidly growing Fintech company, the full-time salaried Director of Strategic Partnerships will manage and grow key enterprise relationships, influencing product direction and ensuring commercial success through deep integrations with major partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end strategic relationship with partners, including stakeholder management and performance tracking
- Drive revenue and volume growth by setting and tracking joint KPIs with internal and partner counterparts
- Influence product direction by translating partner needs into prioritized product arguments and coordinating across teams
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years in enterprise account management or strategic partnerships with ownership of complex external relationships
- Experience in a sell-through or embedded commercial model, focusing on driving adoption through partner channels
- Proven ability to engage credibly at the VP and C-suite level, leading negotiations and business reviews independently
- Financial fluency with experience in partnership P&L implications and presenting business cases to senior finance audiences
- Experience navigating organizational complexity and managing internal stakeholders while maintaining external relationships
