Director of Strategic Partnerships

Job Summary

To expand mental health access, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Partnerships will manage high-impact partnerships with health plans and EAPs, driving patient visit volume and advocating for innovative care models.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and scale partnerships with health plans, EAPs, and strategic healthcare partners
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with C-suite executives in the healthcare sector
• Drive end-to-end deal origination, outreach, and discovery processes

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare business development or quota-carrying sales experience
• 5+ years managing complex, long-cycle strategic sales processes
• Deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, particularly health plans and EAPs
• Proven ability to engage C-suite healthcare executives
