Key Responsibilities
- Launch and manage strategic partnerships aligned with Flex's growth objectives, including developing joint business plans and financial models
- Expand relationships with complex strategic partners, ensuring smooth operations and driving monthly and quarterly partnership reviews
- Develop and implement processes to manage partnerships efficiently while aligning initiatives with Flex's broader strategic objectives
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in FinTech/SaaS business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales
- Proven track record of independently launching and scaling complex strategic partnerships
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience using data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
- Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment
- Bachelor's degree required
