Director of Strategic Partnerships

Job Summary

To manage and scale a portfolio of strategic partnerships, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Partnerships will nurture relationships with key LLM and AI partners, drive business development, and optimize integrations while collaborating across various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for key LLM and AI partners, deepening executive relationships and identifying growth opportunities
• Establish and lead structured account management processes to ensure alignment and secure partnership renewals
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to scale existing pilots into core integrations, demonstrating the value of Bazaarvoice data in enhancing shopping outcomes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or ecosystem leadership roles, particularly in data, platforms, or adtech/eCommerce
• Proven track record of building senior-level relationships with major technology platforms and executing joint strategies
• Experience in structuring complex data or platform partnerships that create value through integration and performance
• Strong collaboration skills with product and engineering teams to translate partnership opportunities into scalable products
• Ability to navigate legal, privacy, and commercial outcomes while fostering innovation and trust-based partnerships
