Director of Strategic Partnerships

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of a Major Gifts program, the full-time salaried Director of Strategic Partnerships will identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward high-value individual donors to enhance global health equity, while working remotely or from Seattle, WA.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Major Gifts strategy aligned with organizational priorities and revenue goals
• Build and oversee a strong donor pipeline through identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
• Serve as a strategic fundraising partner to senior leadership and Board members, fostering a culture of shared responsibility for fundraising

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or relevant certification preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in fundraising or related fields, preferably in global health or mission-driven organizations
• Demonstrated success in securing major gifts, including six-figure gifts
• Proven experience building and managing a Major Gifts program
• Strong ability to partner with senior leaders and engage diverse stakeholders
