Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Strategic Planning & Operations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead the Global and US Medical Affairs Strategic Planning process, ensuring high-quality Medical Plans across therapeutic areas
• Build and lead a high-performing team responsible for Strategic Planning and operational excellence
• Oversee budgets for global medical operations initiatives, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or clinical discipline preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with at least 8 years in Medical Affairs
• Proven experience in strategic planning or portfolio management in a senior leadership role
• Extensive experience in developing Global Medical Affairs strategic plans across multiple therapeutic areas
• Deep knowledge of the drug development lifecycle and regulatory requirements
