Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Strategic Planning and Change Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for enterprise planning and manage ongoing corporate governance forums
• Define and lead the enterprise strategy for Business Process Architecture and establish governance for process standards
• Set the enterprise strategy for change management and guide executive decision-making on change implications

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategic planning and change management
• Expertise in process modeling, optimization, and performance improvement methodologies
• Deep financial literacy and ability to connect strategic initiatives to financial results
• Proficiency in enterprise planning, modeling, and process architecture tools
• Ability to influence and negotiate with senior executives across the enterprise
