Director of Strategic Planning
Job Summary
Managing the strategic planning function for the Commercial & Private Bank, the full-time Director of Strategic Planning will oversee the development of strategic plans, internal communications, and enterprise initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development of strategic plans for the Commercial & Private Bank and its business units
- Manage internal communications to ensure timely dissemination of critical information across the organization
- Oversee the design and execution of incentive plans and sales management functions
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- 15+ years of experience in business strategy and analytics, preferably in the financial industry
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and business analytics tools
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in MS Access and MS Excel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to present to senior management effectively
